1. Scope
Klinworks, LLC ("we," "us") operates NeuralOS. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same from our users, as required by the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.
This policy applies to content hosted or published through NeuralOS, including neuralos.io, the *.neuralos.io subdomains, and the apps our users publish with the Service. We follow the notice-and-takedown procedure of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Rights holders from any country may use the same procedure.
2. Designated agent
Notices of alleged infringement must be sent to our designated agent:
| Field | Details |
|---|---|
| Designated agent | Klinworks, LLC |
| ceo@neuralos.io | |
| Recommended subject | "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notice" |
We receive these communications by email only. This mailbox is reserved for intellectual property and legal matters; support requests sent here may not receive a response.
3. How to submit a notice of infringement
If you believe content available on NeuralOS infringes your copyright, send us a written notice that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature, or that of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed or, if there are several, a representative list;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient to locate it, such as the exact URLs;
- your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices may delay or prevent processing. Before sending one, consider whether the use might be covered by exceptions such as fair use.
4. What we do when we receive a notice
When we receive a valid notice:
- we promptly remove or disable access to the identified material;
- we notify the responsible user and generally provide a copy of the notice, which may include your contact information;
- we inform the user of their right to submit a counter-notice;
- we record the incident for purposes of our repeat infringer policy.
If the material is in an app published by a user, we may ask the user to remove it or block the affected app or subdomain until the matter is resolved.
5. Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice at ceo@neuralos.io that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- your name, mailing address, and telephone number;
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is located or, if you reside outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Klinworks, LLC may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.
We will forward the counter-notice to the person who submitted the original notice. If, within 10 to 14 business days, they do not show us that they have filed a court action to restrain the infringement, we may restore the material.
6. Repeat infringers
Where circumstances warrant, we suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. In deciding, we take into account valid notices received, counter-notices, and any other relevant information.
Termination for repeat infringement does not entitle you to a refund, as stated in the Refund Policy.
7. Misrepresentations
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for the resulting damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
Do not send notices if you are not sure of your rights; consult an advisor first. We may disregard notices that are manifestly abusive or intended to silence legitimate content.
8. AI-generated content and other claims
NeuralOS users are responsible for the AI-generated outputs they publish and for the data they use to generate them, as set out in the Terms of Service and the AI Policy. This policy applies to AI-generated content in the same way as to any other content.
Claims about trademarks, privacy, or rights other than copyright may also be sent to ceo@neuralos.io. We will review them under applicable law and our policies, even though they do not follow the DMCA procedure.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in the Service. The "last updated" date shows the current version; this version is effective as of October 20, 2026. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance, unless the law requires them to apply sooner.
