Plain-language summary

  • We only use first-party cookies and storage that are necessary or that serve a feature you request: session, language, your cookie choice, and the ATLAS conversation.
  • The public website currently loads no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels.
  • If we ever add analytics or marketing, they will only be enabled after you accept them in the banner.
  • You can accept, reject, or customize the optional categories, and change your mind at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
  • Your choice is stored in the nos_consent cookie for 180 days.

This summary helps you understand the essentials. The full text below is what governs.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage (localStorage), which persists until it is cleared, and session storage (sessionStorage), which disappears when you close the tab.

In this policy we call all of them "cookies." First-party cookies are set by neuralos.io; third-party cookies are set by another domain.

2. How we use them

We use two types:

  • Strictly necessary: essential for the website and the app to work securely (keeping you signed in, remembering your cookie choice, enabling the demo). They do not require consent and cannot be turned off from the banner.
  • Functional (a service you request): they remember choices you make, such as your language or the ATLAS conversation. They are stored only in your browser and are not used to track you.

We currently use no analytics or marketing cookies, first-party or third-party. The banner already includes those two categories ("Analytics" and "Marketing") so that, if any are ever added, they stay off until you accept them.

These keys are only read in your browser. The ATLAS conversation is sent to our servers only when you type a question, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services

The public website currently loads no analytics, advertising, social media, or tracking scripts. Third parties are involved only in specific flows, under their own terms:

  • Cloudflare Turnstile, on sign-up forms, to tell people from bots. It may use its own technical storage on its domain (challenges.cloudflare.com) solely for security purposes.
  • Stripe, when you pay: payment is completed on Stripe pages, which may set their own cookies for payment and fraud prevention.

If we add third-party analytics or marketing in the future, we will update this policy with their name, purpose, and duration, and they will only load after you give consent for the relevant category. The list of providers is at Subprocessors.

6. Your consent and how to change it

On your first visit you will see a banner with three options:

  1. Accept all: enables the optional categories.
  2. Reject non-essential: only strictly necessary and functional cookies are used.
  3. Customize: you choose "Analytics" and "Marketing" separately and click "Save preferences."

Until you decide, the optional categories stay off. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, which reopens the banner. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block the strictly necessary ones, you will not be able to sign in.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy is effective as of October 20, 2026. If we change the cookies we use, we will update the tables and the date. If we add a category that requires consent, we will ask you again before enabling it.
