This summary helps you understand the essentials. The full text below is what governs.
1. Principles and scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") is part of the Terms of Service of NeuralOS, operated by Klinworks, LLC. It applies to all use of the platform: your account, your workspaces, the agents and automations you configure, and the apps you build, deploy, or share with it, including subdomains of neuralos.io.
We are guided by four principles:
- Protect people from harm, fraud, and deception.
- Respect privacy and the rights of others.
- Keep minors safe.
- Empower people to create responsibly.
This Policy complements the AI Use Policy. In addition to this Policy, you must follow the usage policies of the model providers used on the platform and applicable law. The examples in each section are not exhaustive: what matters is the purpose and effect of the use.
2. Fraud and deception
You may not use NeuralOS to create or distribute tools for fraud or deception, including:
- phishing pages or fake sign-in screens designed to steal credentials;
- copies of third parties' visual identity (logos, colors, design) or replicas of well-known sites intended to pass as them, as well as misleading domains or subdomains;
- payment, crypto, or wallet forms that collect financial data under false pretenses;
- forms that collect ID numbers, passports, or other documents for identity theft;
- scams, pyramid schemes, fake reviews, spam, or unsolicited bulk messaging;
- malware, ransomware, intrusion tools, network attacks, or unauthorized cryptocurrency mining.
3. Deepfakes, synthetic content, and impersonation
NeuralOS lets you generate images, video, and voice with AI, so we pay special attention to synthetic content. You may not:
- create deepfakes or clone a real person's voice or likeness without their explicit, verifiable consent;
- generate intimate or sexual images of real people without their consent (NCII);
- impersonate people, companies, or public bodies, or pass off AI-generated content as authentic in a way that could deceive or cause harm;
- create disinformation at scale, misleading election content, or coordinated manipulation campaigns;
- remove or alter watermarks, provenance metadata, or notices that identify content as AI-generated.
When a person interacts with an AI you have deployed, they must be able to know it. More details in the AI Use Policy.
4. Protection of minors
Zero tolerance. The following is not allowed under any circumstances:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM), regardless of whether it was generated in whole or in part with AI;
- content that sexualizes, endangers, harasses, or exploits minors, including fictional or synthetic depictions;
- attempting to contact minors for grooming or exploitation.
We will remove such content immediately, close the accounts involved, and report it to the competent authorities (such as NCMEC in the United States) as required by law. NeuralOS is intended for people aged 18 or older.
5. Harm to people and prohibited content
You may not use the platform to generate, promote, or distribute:
- violence, threats, terrorism, or violent extremism;
- harassment, bullying, hate, or discrimination based on origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics;
- content that encourages self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders;
- non-consensual sexual content;
- the sale or facilitation of illegal or regulated goods and services without authorization (weapons, drugs, etc.);
- instructions for making biological, chemical, nuclear, or radiological weapons, or for causing serious harm.
6. Privacy and third-party data
You may not:
- publish other people's private information without their authorization (doxxing);
- surveil, track, or profile people without a legal basis or without their knowledge;
- collect personal data at scale (scraping) in violation of the law or the source site's terms;
- process sensitive data (health, biometrics, children's data, etc.) without a legal basis and the required safeguards.
If your apps or agents process third parties' personal data, you are responsible for informing them and complying with applicable law. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Platform integrity
You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems, whether ours or anyone else's;
- circumvent usage limits, quotas, payment controls, safety filters, or model restrictions (including "jailbreaks" for harmful purposes);
- overload, interfere with, or degrade the service, including denial-of-service testing;
- resell, sublicense, or share access to your account without authorization, or create accounts in bulk;
- use the platform to train or distill models that compete with providers whose terms prohibit it.
Good-faith security research is welcome if it follows our responsible disclosure rules.
8. Intellectual property
Do not use NeuralOS to infringe third parties' copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other rights, or to upload content you do not have the right to use. If you believe content hosted on the platform infringes your rights, follow the procedure in our DMCA Policy.
9. High-risk uses and the EU AI Act
Mandatory human oversight
In sensitive areas (health, legal advice, finance, insurance, employment, housing, credit, education, and academic assessment) you must maintain qualified human oversight of AI outputs and tell affected people that AI was used. You may not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person without human review.
Prohibited practices
In line with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act), you may not use NeuralOS for:
- social scoring of people;
- subliminal or manipulative techniques that exploit vulnerabilities due to age, disability, or socioeconomic situation;
- real-time remote biometric identification in public spaces, or building facial recognition databases through untargeted scraping of images;
- inferring emotions in the workplace or in educational institutions, except for medical or safety reasons;
- categorizing people based on biometric data to infer sensitive characteristics;
- predicting criminal offenses based solely on profiling or personality traits.
If you use NeuralOS to build a system that may be considered high-risk under that Act, you are responsible for meeting the obligations that apply to you.
10. What you build and publish
You are responsible for the apps, agents, and automations you create with NeuralOS and for how your own users use them. In particular, you must:
- make sure they comply with this Policy and applicable law;
- publish your own terms and privacy policy when you collect data from third parties;
- review AI outputs before using them in important decisions or communications;
- respond diligently to abuse reports you receive about them.
11. How we enforce this policy
We combine automated controls, human review, and community reports. Depending on severity and repetition, we may:
- ask you to fix the issue;
- limit features, remove content, or unpublish an app;
- suspend or close the account, without a refund where the violation is serious;
- report the facts to the authorities when the law requires it or there is a risk to people's life or safety.
In serious cases (such as CSAM, active fraud, or imminent risk) we will act without prior notice. In other cases, we will explain why, and you can request a review by emailing ceo@neuralos.io.
12. How to report abuse
If you see a use that violates this Policy, email ceo@neuralos.io and include:
- the address (URL) or identifier of the content, app, or account;
- what is happening and why you believe it violates the Policy;
- if possible, screenshots or other evidence.
We review every report and prioritize those involving risk to minors or to people's safety. For copyright claims, use the procedure in our DMCA Policy; for security vulnerabilities, see Security.
13. Changes to this policy
We will update this Policy as new forms of abuse emerge or the law changes. The last-updated date appears at the top. If a change is material, we will give you at least 30 days' notice, unless we must act sooner for legal or safety reasons.
