Product Designer

We're looking for a Product Designer to shape the user experience of NeuralOS. You'll design everything from agent configuration flows to data visualization dashboards, maintaining our distinctive Lux-Linear Obsidian aesthetic.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process: research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs
• Design intuitive UX for complex AI agent and automation workflows
• Maintain and evolve the NeuralOS design system in Figma
• Conduct user research and usability testing with enterprise customers
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure design fidelity in implementation
• Create motion design specs for interactions and transitions

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or developer tools
• Expert Figma skills with experience building and maintaining design systems
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex UX problem-solving
• Understanding of frontend implementation constraints (CSS, React components)
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, tables, charts)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for AI-powered products
• Motion design skills (After Effects, Principle, or CSS animations)
• Background in dark-themed or developer-focused UI design
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
