Technical Writer

Create world-class documentation for NeuralOS — from getting started guides to advanced API references. You'll make our complex platform accessible to developers of all skill levels.

What You'll Do

• Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for all NeuralOS features
• Create tutorials, how-to guides, and video scripts for developer education
• Build and maintain the API reference documentation
• Work with Engineering to document new features before launch
• Gather user feedback to improve documentation quality and coverage
• Manage the docs infrastructure and information architecture

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of technical writing experience for developer-facing products
• Strong understanding of web technologies (React, TypeScript, REST APIs)
• Experience with docs-as-code workflows (Markdown, Git, CI/CD)
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language
• Excellent English writing skills with attention to tone and style consistency
• Experience with API documentation tools (OpenAPI/Swagger)

Nice to Have

• Experience documenting AI/ML products
• Video production skills for tutorial content
• Background as a software developer
