Create world-class documentation for NeuralOS — from getting started guides to advanced API references. You'll make our complex platform accessible to developers of all skill levels.
What You'll Do
- Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for all NeuralOS features
- Create tutorials, how-to guides, and video scripts for developer education
- Build and maintain the API reference documentation
- Work with Engineering to document new features before launch
- Gather user feedback to improve documentation quality and coverage
- Manage the docs infrastructure and information architecture
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of technical writing experience for developer-facing products
- Strong understanding of web technologies (React, TypeScript, REST APIs)
- Experience with docs-as-code workflows (Markdown, Git, CI/CD)
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language
- Excellent English writing skills with attention to tone and style consistency
- Experience with API documentation tools (OpenAPI/Swagger)
Nice to Have
- Experience documenting AI/ML products
- Video production skills for tutorial content
- Background as a software developer
