NeuralOS raises $12M to build the AI operating system for enterprises

By Sarah MitchellTechCrunch RedacciónFeb 10, 2026

NeuralOS, the startup building what it calls an "AI operating system" for enterprises, has raised $12 million in Series A funding led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from a16z and Y Combinator.

The company's platform combines an AI-native IDE (Forge), autonomous agent orchestration, visual workflow automation (Flow Engine), and a secure data management layer (Data Vault) into a single platform that aims to replace the patchwork of SaaS tools most companies rely on.

"Enterprise software is broken," said Alejandro Ruiz, CEO and co-founder of NeuralOS. "Companies are paying for 15 different tools that don't talk to each other. We're building one platform where AI agents handle the coordination, so humans can focus on strategy and creativity."

The platform has attracted over 12,000 active users across 14 countries since its launch in late 2025, with particular traction among mid-market companies in the e-commerce, fintech, and professional services sectors.

Key to NeuralOS's approach is its multi-agent orchestration system, which allows users to deploy teams of specialized AI agents that collaborate on complex tasks. Unlike single-chatbot solutions, these agents can delegate, negotiate, and resolve conflicts autonomously.

The funding will be used to expand the engineering team to 50+ employees, achieve ISO 27001 certification, and launch an enterprise sales motion targeting companies with 100-5,000 employees.

"What impressed us about NeuralOS is the speed of execution and the depth of the platform," said Michael Chen, partner at Sequoia Capital. "They've built in 18 months what most companies take 3-4 years to achieve. The multi-agent architecture is genuinely differentiated."
